1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and maintain an account with idcash, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. idcash strictly enforces this age restriction and will immediately close accounts belonging to individuals under 21.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identity document (KTP) or international passport.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You are not located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law.

3.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an idcash account, you agree to:

• Not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Not allow anyone else to access or use your account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

idcash operates under strict anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. Before processing your first withdrawal, we require verification of your identity through submission of:

• A clear, legible photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP (identity card) or international passport showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and identification number.
• Proof of residential address dated within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• A recent photograph of yourself holding your identity document (selfie verification).

We aim to complete KYC verification within 24-48 hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of first deposit may be temporarily restricted until verification is completed.

4. Account Restrictions and Prohibited Activities

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one idcash account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of any balances, winnings, and bonuses associated with those accounts.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use idcash for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in games or platform software.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Providing false or fraudulent identification documents.
• Using stolen credit cards, bank accounts, or e-wallet credentials.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack platform systems.
• Engaging in any activity that damages idcash reputation or business operations.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

idcash accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• Indonesian e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• Additional payment methods may be added at our discretion.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player VIP tier.
• Deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only.
• We do not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.3 Deposit Limits

These limits help you control your spending and gamble within your means. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased instantly. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Process

To request a withdrawal from your idcash account:

8. Responsible Gaming

• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts over specified time periods.

9. Game Rules and Integrity

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of idcash services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

13. Account Closure and Termination
